Latest information for poster presenters and short talk speakers.

POSTER PRESENTERS,

The poster should be prepared in DinA0 portrait - about 120x85 cm (exactly: height 1189 x width 841 mm). The posters must not exceed this size.

We suggest to print the posters on paper with a weigh of about 115 to 170 g/m², so that they can be fixed easily without plunge to the ground because it is to heavy or made of (woven) fabric.

The design is up to you. Three is no template for the design of the poster.

Posters must be hung up not later than 9:00 h am on the day of presentation and removed after 19:15 pm on Monday and on Tuesday until 17:30 h pm respectively.

The fixing materials for mounting the posters are kindly sponsored by the organiser. The removable poster power strips will be provided on the day of the presentation at the reception desk between 8:00 and 9:00 h am.

Please note that the posters must be removed in the evening by the presenter and the poster panels must be clean and free of debris. If the poster is not removed or the poster panel is left in dirty condition, the organizer will fulfill the cleaning and charge the presenter a fee of 30.00 Euros!

 

 

ORAL SHORT TALK PRESENTERS,

Please note: the duration of your talk is calculated for exact 7 minutes talking time and 2 minutes for question and answer. We recommend prepare your Power Point presentation with 7 slides - one minute one slide. After the 7 minutes your talk will be stopped and skipped to the last page of your presentation to keep the schedule. Extensions of your time are not possible. Please prepare your self and practice to give your talk in 7 minutes.

To ensure a smooth programme flow on site, we provide a presentation handling system. Please submit your presentation in format 16:9 as .pptx or PDF of your lecture on Sunday, between 15:00-18:00h, on the day before or in the morning on the day of the presentation in the preview room. You are free in regards of the design of the presentation.

In the speaker preview room you can check your talk and the presentation is then transmitted directly in the auditorium, where it is provided just in time before your presentation starts - Please note you have to click on the laptop in the room to start your presentation. Upload of the talk in the auditoria is not possible. Thanks for your co-operation!



Instructions for authors

Online submission

Abstracts can only be submitted online and only in pdf format.There is no limitation for abstract submission from one person. Presenters are allowed to upload and present more than one abstract.

Please use only the prepared .docx document for your submission of abstracts on Template for papers.

Your submission has been successful once you receive the abstract registration ticket number "xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx".

Abstracts

Abstract deadline is postponed to 30 November 2022!
Submitted abstracts will be presented on one day from 20 - 21 March 2023 either orally or in poster form.

Edit your abstract

Authors can edit their data and upload the latest version of their abstract by using the function "Edit/Status of your abstract" until 31 January 2023. There they can view the current status of acceptance/rejection of their abstract as well. 

Acceptance of abstracts

Authors will be notified of acceptance of their abstract and the type of presentation (oral or poster) by the end of December 2022.

Status of your abstract

  • printed - the abstract is corresponding to the specification/the form is accepted for abstract evaluation. The abstract was printed and prepared by organiser for abstract evaluation via the programme committee.
  • inprocess - the short paper is NOT corresponding to the specification/the form is NOT accepted for abstract evaluation. The author has to adjust the abstract according to the given word template. Once the abstract is changed according to specifiations it will be set to printed.
  • poster - the abstract is accepted for poster presentation. More information will be provided - the day of presentation immediatley and until the latest one week before the conference starts the panel number.
  • oral - the abstract is accepted for a short talk. More information will be provided immediately - day, session, time slot and room of presentation.

Oral presentations

The time limit for oral contributions will be exactly 10 minutes - 7 minutes talk plus 2 minutes for discussion (1 minute change management). Authors can make use of video projection. There will be selected 48 oral short talks.

Posters

Posters will be presented during special sessions on one of the conference days. Please bring a poster with the size of DIN A0 (approx. 90cmx120cm portrait format). (no limitation for poster presentations).
